- Cancellation of orders.

You can cancel the order placed, in whole or in part, within 60 minutes after placing the order. To do so, you can send us an email (info@cidafweb.com), or you can request it through the contact section or by telephone (+34 646 882 749).  

If the order includes a set of products or a special offer and you proceed to cancel one of the items in the shipment, all the products that have not yet been shipped will be cancelled. However, if at least one item has been shipped, you can cancel all unshipped items up to 24 hours after placing your order.

If you are no longer in time to cancel a shipped order you can refuse delivery or return it, the return costs being €8 for normal orders and €30 for bulky orders. 


- Returns and refunds.

All the articles offered through our web catalogue are endorsed by recognised and important commercial firms. Our aim has always been to offer quality and guarantee in every action and attention, however, in the event that you receive your order and you are not satisfied, you will have a period of fourteen calendar days (from the date of receipt) to be able to execute your right of return. In relation to the cost of the return, being that our sales are B2B, the amount of this cost will be 8 € for normal orders and 30 € for bulky orders.

In order to return the product, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount in accordance with the method of payment made by the customer. In the event that the returned goods are defective upon receipt, they may be rejected or the damages may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
